“It would take 1,200,000 mosquitoes, each sucking once, to completely drain the average human of blood.”
— Bat245
Isn’t it weird? I know it is..!! And you are tired and feeling stressed, so relax. Have a seat.
“Sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives put us directly on the path to the most wonderful things that will ever happen to us.”
– Nicole Reed
Stress and worries are very common. It’s very obvious to worry about your daily jobs, upcoming tests, being sad, or having sleeping difficulty after a breakup, fight with your family/friend, or being nervous about your first date.
And it’s important and healthy to stress about things (solvable) from time to time for the good results until you make it hard. Don’t let your normal worry, to interrupt your health and daily work.
Don’t sit too long self-doubting in between clouds of “what if’s” scenario.
Whenever you feel exhausted just do some simple things.
Deep Breath

Do with me, Take a slow deep breath in through the nose, hold for the 2-3 seconds, and exhale through the mouth. Yeah do it a few times or at least for 4 minutes.
There are various yogic techniques for deep breathing and different patterns too, you can practice them if possible. You can try some phone app or devices which will help you out.
It reduces stress levels and depression by sending signals to your brain. Deep breathing supplies oxygen to your brain which causes a lowering of your heart rate and blood pressure and also helps in managing chronic pains.
Stay Hydrated

Stress-relieving can’t be tastier, have some watermelon, grapes, soups, or your favorite smoothies. If you have some juices or food at home, consume it, and if not just help yourself with plain water. Sodas, iced tea, or coffees will also hydrate your body but these are less preferred because of caffeine.
you can also try freezing fruits, remember in childhood you used to freeze things for later, Do it now. Feel nostalgic, while relieving anxiety. KOOL Naaa…!!!
No doubt water has so many wonders, and one of them is natural calming property. It increases efficiency and reduces stress. And keeps your mind balanced.
Relax and Sleep

My all-time favorite, and powerful stress reducer, what had happened or what will happen- that’s not my problem. I love my bed that’s the only thing I know.
If you are having difficulty sleeping then here is a formula ‘Turn off the lights, grab your pillow, plugin earphones with some soft music on and Bye-Bye anxiety’. Don’t lose any sleep over this useless anxiety.
Try this Playlist on spotify..
Wait “Baby giraffes use their butts as pillows” whaaaattt..!! OK bye.
Change Your Focus

“If you don’t like something change it; if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.”
– Mary Engelbreit
The best way to help yourself when you are anxious is, change your focus-“Netflix and Chill” spend some time watching your favorite movie/series or read some good books or listen to your feel-good songs. I have told in my earlier blog, recognize your happy places, and have some good time whenever needed.

These are some of my all time favorite movies.
Thank me later..!!
Do you have..no, actually had any hobby??
Still, you are stressed..!! Go paint things, play guitar or plant the seed, or whatever you enjoy doing.
Talk to Someone

No matter how introverted you are there is always at least one person, who knows some of your secrets and listens to your things without being judgemental, run to him/her and throw out your anxiety.
But if you can’t think of any person to talk with, then it is a real struggle, yet you can do one thing just throw some random messages to random people and discuss things(You know your limits) with them. I often do this stuff, that’s why I have some real but virtual friends. Once you have made a connection just jump straight to them and speak your heart out.
you can always ping us whenever needed @Deepika
Take a Bath

“Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.”
— Benjamin Franklin
Does anything sound better than having some hot bath with loudspeakers? And yeah do not forget to add some lavender oil or any other usual essential oil/body wash.
If possible put on a face mask and have some spicy and crispy snacks.
By the way, Lavender helps in calming and reducing anxiety. Isolate yourself for some time and clear your mind and body at a time.
Have some Fresh Air

Wondering, “What’s life all about?”
Switch off your phone and tie your shoe and go out, soak some fresh air, and throw some random smiles to people around you, no no don’t go close, maintain social distancing.
And wonder “Black holes aren’t actually black” then why it’s called a black hole?
And let me know false answers only..!!
Okay see ya next time,
Stay motivated, Stay Healthy, and Happy..!!
“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was ending,
he turned into a butterfly.”
